New Rules: No more naked models in clothing ads, Sullenberger won’t land in the Hudson again, no more sexual bondage, bring back Spitzer, kid in Let’s Move poster has an erection, and conservatives must stop complaining about Hollywood. Bill talks about conservative Hollywood stars being pushed to run for office.

Letterman: Dave talks about the Mad Hatter and they show Alan Kalter. Tea party scene in Alice and Wonderland is Palin giving a speech. A young guy comes out to ask Dave if he got his Oscar party invitation. Celebrity Rehab for monkeys. Dave talks about the Broadway street outside and Paul’s name being on the theater’s marquee. Then he tells a story about ear drops for his son. Matt Damon. Comic Danny Bhoy does standup. Corinne Bailey Rae performs.

Fallon: Jimmy shows his best picture and it’s a picture of a cat with a cut lime on its head. Jimmy’s weekly thank you letters. Two audience members compete using some contraption where they try to suck a ball through a wind tunnel onto their side. Mike Myers talks and then he does a bit called Mike’s Canada Corner where he talks about the Olympic hockey game and universal health care. When they show a quick clip of the next guest in the greenroom, Andy Samberg, Fred Armisen and Akiva Schaffer were sitting there. Matt Lucas. Joanna Newsom performs.
