Daily Show: Jon does the entire first segment imitating Glenn Beck and his show including blackboards and clips of Glenn Beck. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke is the guest and takes up two segments.

Fallon: Jimmy talks about Sienna College. The Roots perform a song about the Sienna College basketball coach. A guy blows a big horn while Horatio Sanz says Sienna. Dance Your Hat and Gloves off. Lucy Liu talks and then plays beer pong with Jimmy. Gene Simmons talks and shows off his tongue. Jimmy and the World Record guys watch people break records including a guy who bench presses his dog, a basketball team holding the most amount of basketballs, two guys who have been touching their noses together for 10 hours and Jimmy in the largest bloody mary. Horatio jumps in the bloody mary and the team shoots basketballs in it.
