Monday November 2nd Late Night Talk Show Recap

Daily Show: Jon talks about elections taking place around the country including Bloomberg ads in NY, a NJ candidate calling another fat, and the 23rd congressional district in upstate NY. Jason Jones and John Oliver report from a stadium in Philadelphia showing clips of them talking to crazy and moronic sports fans. The guest is an author and senator.


Letterman: Rush Limbaugh’s words edited together to say he is a “pompous, astronomically high, windbag.” What is this, Conan? Dave talks about finding a stray dog over the weekend and being stuck with it now since they can’t find it’s home. Top Ten thoughts that go through your mind when running the NYC marathon presented by the marathon winner. Julia Louis Dreyfuss talks about Halloween, her kids and throwing out the first pitch at a baseball game. Guy Fieri. Carrie Underwood performs.


Conan: Some foreign politician with a ton of mics in front of him says he is resigning to spend more time with his mic collection. A forklift goes haywire in a warehouse and knocks down storage, but they edit it so the whole building goes down. An ad that makes smoking weed sound good. Andy puts on a jacket covered in candy and lets the audience members take some. Conan and Andy talk bout what they and their kids did for Halloween. Fallon: Jimmy talks about him and The Roots meeting Stevie Wonder over the weekend. The Who Cares Hindenbergh goes down in flames with stories of Lauren Conrad, Spice Girls and of course, Pete Wentz. Cameras document a pumpkin’s life the day after Halloween being rejected by people and places around the city then going to train in a boxing gym. Taylor Swift talks about her childhood and preparing to host SNL. Scott Wolf talks about V. Tech expert Joshua Topolsky shows off the Android phone and a Twitter device. Say Anything performs.
