Daily Show: The cash for clunkers program already ran out of money so the right makes fun of the govt funding it and compares it to how they would mess up health care. A guy in South Carolina has sex with a horse and Jon realizes that a lot of crazy stuff comes out of South Carolina then goes through them. The guest talks about President Obama and the secret service.

Letterman: In repeats for two weeks!

Conan: A young Mozart plays the Cheers theme song. Thunder strikes Phelps and he disappears. An old lady stops Max at the airport. Conan runs outside to let Ashton Kutcher through security, but doesn’t let Bob Saget through then he breaks free and Conan chases him. Conan says they will be holding a contest for a car to be blown up on the show and Andy explains the rules which include a free Lexus. What is this, Mythbusters? C’mon this is late night tv, where is the funny??? Pierre is outside sitting in the car and runs down the features. Ashton Kutcher talks about Twitter, his wife’s freaky dolls and his new movie. Charylne Yi talks about doing ET in a play and a bunch of other random stuff, then she plays guitar with no words. Gomez performs.

Fallon: 7^th Floor west: Trip to the beach and Miles conspires with Jimmy’s assistant some more. Jimmy has two kids who are watermelon seed spitting champions compete to see who can spit the farthest and he has audience members be the floor markers. Marlon Wayans talks about his action figure and the movie. Judd Apatow talks about working with Adam Sandler and promoting the movie then shows an old video of him on a talk show with Bill Maher hosting that had him and Adam in bad 80’s clothes and hair. Incubus performs.

Ferguson: Craig says he got his airplane license over the weekend. Craig talks about how much he likes Shark Week, weird so does Dave.
